Note: All Akur Spa treatments can be bought in the form of gift vouchers as well.

24 HOURS NOTICE is required for all day spa booking a fee of 50% will be deducted from your credit card for failure to cancel within the time frame or loss of Gift voucher if booked with voucher

 

 

 

 

Cancellalations or changes to gift voucher packages will not be permitted for any reason. Once booked and confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in anyway.

• Gift Vouchers must be mentioned and voucher number quoted at time of booking.
• Gift vouchers are subject to there terms and conditions, please read carefully.
• There will be no cash refund for change of treatment to that of a lesser value.
• Vouchers may be used to purchase products.
• Vouchers for specials and package specials are non-transferable for other treatments.
• Vouchers must be used within there valid time frame we will not except expired vouchers.
• Gift  voucher will be forfeited for failure to turn up to a schedualled appointment without notice.
• We require 24 hours notice for change of appointment time or cancellation.
• Please book well in advance for lengthy day spa treatments.
• Bookings left to the last days before expirey may leave you without an appointment and loss of voucher.
• Prices and times are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A credit card number and 25% deposit is required for lengthy day spa appointments
• 48 hours notice for cancellation or change of time  is required for Spa Party Bookings. or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
• 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or change of appointment time or 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
